Please contact a current board member if you are willing to help our community. If enough homeowners are not willing to serve on the WWHA board or a committee each year, we may have to turn to a management service to handle the homeowners association in the future.
If we have to hire a management service, homeowner dues will increase by approximately $100 per year. Additionally, a management company will be more rigid in interpreting bylaws, and therefore less flexible than a volunteer board.
To find out about what's involved in serving on the board, attend a meeting or call a board member. Time commitments are minimal! Schedules are posted on the bulletin board at the pool—please join us!
Watch your speed – save a life!
In our busy, hectic lives, it's easy to speed.
We're all racing to get to or from somewhere; distractions from
cell phones, passengers, and daily life can easily take our minds
off the road and how fast we're going.
We would like to ask every driver to take a moment to remember
there are LOTS of children and pets in our wonderful neighborhood.
Please obey the 25 MPH speed limit on all Wyndham Woods
streets, and remember— children are always at play throughout
our neighborhood. A few extra moments can be enough to save
a precious life.
So take a deep breath, relax, and please drive 25.
